Each one names the player app to install, shows where your login details go, and covers the problems that tend to come up on that particular hardware. Setting up the first screen usually takes somewhere between 5 and 12 minutes, and later ones are quicker once you've been through it.

Before you install

What should I have ready?

You'll need a device from the list, an internet connection of roughly 10 Mbps for HD or 25 Mbps for 4K, and the WhatsApp message with your login, which we send after you pick a package.

Should I use Xtream Codes or M3U?

Either one connects a player to your plan. Xtream Codes means filling in three short fields (server, username, password), and it also brings in the movie and series menus. An M3U link packs the same details into one long address. Pick Xtream Codes whenever the app offers it; the M3U and guide explainer covers the differences in more detail.

Which player should I start with?

IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest place to start on almost any device. If you mostly watch live channels on Fire TV or Google TV, TiviMate's grid guide is worth a look. Your login works in both, so you can switch whenever you like.

What if my device isn't listed?

It will probably still work. Anything that runs Android, or has an app that accepts an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login, can play Apollo Group TV. Send us the model number on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which app to use.

Will I have to pay for a player?

All the players listed here are free to install. A few charge for extras, such as SSIPTV after its trial period and TiviMate Premium, and that payment goes to the app's developer. We don't receive any of it, and it isn't part of your Apollo Group TV package.

How many devices can I install it on?

You can install it on as many devices as you want. The limit is on how many play at the same moment, which depends on the number of connections in your plan, and the screens-per-plan page explains this with examples.
