Apollo Group Television ("we", "us", "our") explains here how personal data is handled when you browse this site, buy a plan or contact our team: the information involved, the reasons for it, who it's shared with, how long it's kept and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

Our rule is to hold only what we need. Depending on how you use the site, that may cover:

  • Contact details such as your name, email and phone number, if you share them in a message or form.
  • Details of your plan: the package, how many connections it has and its start and end dates.
  • Payment evidence, for example a transaction ID. Payments are handled by the provider you choose, such as Bitcoin, Shakepay or Cash App, and we never receive or store full card numbers or wallet keys.
  • Standard technical information any browser sends, like IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the time of each visit.
  • Anything you send us through email, the chat window or WhatsApp.

02Reasons we use it

  • Activating your plan and keeping it working.
  • Confirming payments are real and preventing fraud.
  • Replying to questions and solving technical issues.
  • Sending plan-related messages, for example login details, a reminder that your plan is ending, or a change that affects you.
  • Protecting the site from spam and misuse.
  • Holding the records we're legally required to keep.

We only send promotional messages to people who agreed to receive them, and you can opt out of any of them.

04Sharing

Personal data is never sold. We pass it only to:

  • Service providers that run hosting, security, email and similar parts of the operation on our behalf, all of which must keep it protected.
  • Whichever payment provider you choose, which processes the payment under its own privacy terms.
  • Courts, police or regulators where the law demands it, or where it's needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • A buyer or successor if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

05Services run by other companies

Some parts of this site are operated by other companies, which may gather data from your browser under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and filters bad traffic. Like any web host it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Crisp runs our chat window. It processes the messages you type and basic device information so we can reply. See the Crisp Privacy Policy.

If you order or ask for support on WhatsApp, your number and messages are handled under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We retain the chat so we can complete your order and help you later.

Payments in crypto are recorded on a public blockchain. That record is visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us or by anybody else.

Our use of cookies has its own page: the Cookie Policy.

06Retention

Data is held while your account is active and for a reasonable period after it ends, so questions, refunds and disputes can still be handled. Certain records are held longer where the law requires. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

07Security

Every page is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to customer information is restricted. Even so, no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee data will never be exposed. Keep your login private and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has it.

08International transfers

Some of our providers may hold or process data in countries whose privacy laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK), Morocco's Law No. 09-08 or California's CCPA/CPRA may let you:

  • Find out what data we hold on you and receive a copy.
  • Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask for deletion of your data.
  • Object to, or restrict, certain kinds of processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting processing that already took place.

Send requests to support@apollogrouptelevision.us. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll respond within the legal deadline. You're also free to complain to your local data protection authority. Exercising any of these rights won't affect how we treat you.

10Children

Apollo Group Television is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact support@apollogrouptelevision.us and we'll delete it.

11Changes

Whenever this policy is revised, the date at the top is updated. Significant changes will also be announced on the site or by email.
