Browsing this site or paying for a plan counts as accepting this agreement, along with the Privacy Policy. If any part is unacceptable to you, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and have the legal capacity to make a contract.

Each plan gives you internet streaming of live TV channels and on-demand titles on supported devices, for the period you've paid for.

The line-up of channels, titles, events and features may change at any time, for instance when a broadcaster alters its schedule. No particular channel, event or title is guaranteed.

A compatible device and a dependable internet connection are your responsibility, including their cost.

• All prices are in US dollars and shown in the current plans. The amount due depends on the package and number of connections you choose on the day of your order.
• Each period is paid in advance. Plans never renew automatically; renew before the end date if you want to keep watching.
• Fees charged by your payment provider or by a crypto network are paid by you.
• Prices for future periods may change. A period you have already paid for will not change.

When and how money can be returned is covered by our Refund Policy.

• Provide accurate details when ordering and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You may watch on as many screens at the same time as the connections you paid for, and no more.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the service in breach of the laws of the country you're in, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Record, copy, rebroadcast, resell or publicly display anything from the service, or use it commercially.
• Give, sell or rent your login or connections to another person.
• Bypass, interfere with or reverse engineer the service, its security measures or its connection limits.
• Point bots, scrapers or other automated tools at the site or the service.
• Abuse or harass our staff or other customers.

You are responsible for checking that the service is lawful to use where you live.

This website, including its text, design, graphics and logo, is owned by us or used under licence. Names of channels, programmes, leagues and teams, along with their logos and artwork, remain the property of their owners.

During an active plan, you receive a limited, personal licence to watch for private, non-commercial purposes. It is non-transferable and may be revoked, and no other rights are given.

Copyright owners can report suspected infringement through our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

The site links to, and relies on, services operated by other businesses, such as payment providers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, operation or availability. Their terms govern your use of them.

We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control, such as network or broadcaster failures. Any part of the service may be modified, suspended or discontinued.

We may suspend or close your account without refund if you breach these terms, commit or attempt fraud, file an unjustified chargeback, or where the law requires it. You can stop using the service at any time; refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is supplied "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose. Any liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited.

You agree to reimburse us for claims, losses and costs, reasonable legal fees included, that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

These terms may be revised. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If a problem comes up, please write to support@apollogrouptelevision.us first; most issues are resolved quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Apollo Group Television is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law in their own country.
