Apollo Group TV Login: You Sign In Inside the App

Last updated

Your Apollo Group TV login doesn't go into a website. It goes into the player app on your TV, streaming stick or phone, usually IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. Choose the Xtream Codes option in the app and copy in the three details from the WhatsApp message you received after ordering. Those same details work on every device in your home, and the number of screens on your plan (1 to 5) decides how many can play at once. We've deliberately left any kind of password box off this site.

Plans from $24.99, or $13.33/month on the yearly plan.

01What you need before you start

All three details are in your activation message on WhatsApp, and each one has a mistake we see over and over:

DetailIts jobCommon mistake
UsernameSays which account is yoursAn invisible space copied on the end
PasswordProves it's really youLowercase where there should be a capital
Server addressPoints the app at our serversLeaving off the port at the end, like :8080

A handful of devices sign in another way. MAG boxes are linked through their MAC address, and some TV apps would rather have an M3U link. Your device walkthrough tells you which applies, and the M3U and EPG guide explains how the playlist option works.

02Signing in step by step

  1. 1

    Open your player app

If you haven't installed one yet, the guide to player apps tells you which suits your device.

  2. 2

    Find the Xtream Codes option

Every app words it a little differently. On the first screen, look for Xtream, API or "Add user"; nearly every IPTV player has one of those.

  3. 3

    Copy the details across

Fill in each field from your activation message.

    • Name: anything you like, "Apollo" is fine
    • Username and password: watch the capitals, and delete any space at the end
    • Server address: all of it, from http:// to the port number
  4. 4

    Give it a minute

Tap Login or Add and wait. The first load pulls in the whole channel list, the film library and the programme guide, which takes a little while.

The only place your login belongs is your player app. Please don't email, text or post it, type it into a website, or give it to someone who says they're from support. Our team never needs to see it.

03Login errors and what they mean

You seeUsually meansTry this
Invalid username or passwordOne character is off, often a capital or a trailing spaceWipe both fields and re-enter them slowly
Unable to connect to serverThe app can't reach the address you typedCheck it starts with http:// and ends with the port number
Account expiredNo days left on the planPlans stop rather than auto-charge, so extend your plan
Max connections reachedEvery screen on your plan is busyStop a stream elsewhere, or add screens
Logged in, but nothing playsNetwork or app trouble, not the loginWork through the buffering and playback fixes

If the app shows a number such as 403 or 400 instead, look it up in the status code list.

04One login for the whole household

Everyone in the house uses the same set of details, whether they're on the TV, a tablet or a laptop. What limits things is the number of screens in your plan, anywhere from 1 to 5, because that's how many can play at the same time.

If you're signed in but stuck on a spinning wheel, check whether the rest of the household is already watching. When every screen is in use, stop one or buy extra screens.

05Forgot your password or username?

Start by searching WhatsApp and your email for the activation message, since all three details are in it.

If it's nowhere to be found, write to support@apollogrouptelevision.us or send a WhatsApp from the phone you ordered with, and we'll send the details again. Include your username if you remember it, but leave the password out.

06Keep your login to yourself

  • Your login is meant for the devices in your own home.
  • Posting it in a group chat or forum is the fastest way to end up with strangers using your screens.
  • Treat any web page with an "Apollo Group TV sign in" box as a red flag. Our page on spotting fake sellers lists the other warning signs.
  • If you think your details have leaked, message us and we'll help you sort it out.

07Don't have a login yet?

Once you order a plan, the three details are sent to your WhatsApp within minutes. If you're in the United States, the US page covers checkout there, and the Canadian page explains paying with Shakepay.

Questions and answers

Sign-in questions

Where's the Apollo Group TV login page?

There isn't one on the web. You sign in inside the player app on your TV, stick or phone, using its Xtream option.

Do I need a different login for each player app?

You don't. The username, password and server address from your activation message work in IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and every other Xtream-compatible player.

Will I be sent an activation code?

You'll get three details to type in rather than a single code. MAG boxes are the exception, because we link those to the box's MAC address.

Can my family sign in on their own devices?

They can, as long as they're in your household. Everyone uses the same details, and the screens on your plan (up to 5) set how many can watch at the same time.

It worked yesterday. Why won't it log in today?

The most common reason is that the plan's days have run out. There's no automatic billing, so the plan just stops until you renew it.

My payment went through but no login arrived. Now what?

Send us the payment reference on WhatsApp or by email to support@apollogrouptelevision.us, and we'll look into it right away.
