Renewing Your Apollo Group TV Plan

To renew Apollo Group TV, send us your username and the plan you'd like on WhatsApp, then pay by Cash App, Shakepay or Bitcoin. There's no need to wait until your plan ends, because any days you still have get added to the new one, so renewing early doesn't cost you anything. A renewal is priced the same as a first order, from $24.99 for 30 days, and it only happens when you ask for it.

Find your username
It's in the activation message we sent on WhatsApp or by email, and it's how we know which account to extend. Keep your password to yourself; we never need it.
Decide on a plan and screens
You can pick any plan and anything from 1 to 5 screens, even if it's different from last time. The full price breakdown is useful if you're comparing options.
Send it to us on WhatsApp
Message +1 347 676 4880 with your username and what you've chosen. If you tap this pre-written renewal message, WhatsApp opens with the first line already filled in.
Pay
We'll reply with payment details: Cash App if you're in the US, Shakepay in Canada, or Bitcoin from anywhere.
Look out for our confirmation
When the payment comes through we extend your account and message you. That confirmation also tells you whether your login details stay the same, and gives you the new ones if they've changed.
What renewing costs
Renewing costs exactly what a new customer pays, with nothing added on. Prices for one screen:

Your unused days come with you
Renewing a week or a month early doesn't shorten anything. Whatever is left on your current plan gets added to the new one.
For example, with 20 days left you renew on the 90-day Growth plan. You'd then have 110 days in total, with no break in between.
A good moment to change things
Renewal is also the time to adjust your plan. Mention it in the same message if you'd like to:
- move to a longer plan for a lower monthly cost (the 365-day plan is cheapest per month)
- add screens because more people at home watch at once, up to 5 (our guide to counting screens can help)
- drop screens nobody uses any more
If your plan has already run out
When the days are used up, the player app stops loading channels. Some apps say "account expired" and others show a 403; the list of status codes explains what you're seeing. You can renew whenever suits you, and channels come back as soon as we confirm.
Paying for a renewal
You pay the same ways as a first order, and we never take card numbers on this site or in chat. In the US, Cash App charges the card linked to your Cash App account. In Canada, top up Shakepay from your bank, and Bitcoin works from any wallet in any country.

If you paid a different website that uses the Apollo name, you'll need to renew with that seller, since we can't see or extend their accounts. And only pay for a renewal you started yourself, never because someone messaged you out of the blue.
