Before you buy
Is There an Apollo Group TV Free Trial?
Last updated
Apollo Group Television doesn't offer a free trial. If you want to try the service first, buy the shortest plan, 30 days for $24.99 on one screen, and use the first few days to check the channels and devices you care about. If it won't run on your compatible device and our support team can't get it working, you can ask for your money back within 7 days of buying, under the refund rules. Everything on this page applies to subscriptions bought on apollogrouptelevision.us.
Plans from $24.99, or $13.33/month on the yearly plan.
See pricesWhy we don't run free trials
A trial line costs us the same to run as a paid one, and free lines tend to get passed around or resold within a day or two. Covering that would mean raising prices for everyone, so we keep the entry plan cheap and put a short refund window behind it instead.
Because there's no trial, there's also nothing that quietly converts into a paid subscription. We never hold card details, and you pay once for the days you chose. When those days are used up the plan stops on its own, and it only continues if you message us to renew.
The low-risk way to try it
Order the 30-day plan on one connection
At $24.99 for a single screen, it's the smallest plan we sell. Every package is laid out side by side on the subscription plans page if you want to compare first.
Install a player on the screen you'll use most
Test on the TV or stick you'll really be watching on, rather than a spare phone in a drawer. There's a walkthrough for each device in the device install guides, and the player app guide helps you pick an app for it.
Test the things that matter to you
Work through the checklist further down during the first few days, while you're still inside the 7-day window.
Tell us early if something's wrong
When something won't play, tell us which device you're on and what the screen says. Most setup problems are sorted in a few minutes that way, so message us through the contact page before you decide anything.
If you renew early, the days you've already paid for carry over, so starting small doesn't cost you anything later on. Once you're settled, the annual plan brings the price down to $13.33 a month.
What to check in your first few days
- Your must-have channels. Look up the networks you watch every week in the live channel list, then open each one in the player. There are 21,000+ live channels in the line, and the handful you watch are the ones worth checking.
- Live sport on a busy evening. A quiet afternoon tells you very little; peak time is when your home connection is under the most strain. The sports guide lists which networks to look for.
- Each device you plan to use. If the household watches on a TV and a phone, try both, keeping in mind that every screen streaming at the same time needs its own connection (how connections work).
- Speed measured on the TV or stick itself rather than beside the router: roughly 10 Mbps per HD stream, 25 Mbps for 4K.
- The TV guide. It can take a few minutes to fill in after your first sign-in. If it stays empty, the M3U and EPG guide shows how to load it in each player.
- Something on demand. Start a film or an episode from the 33,000+ library, then pause it and skip ahead to see how it behaves.
What the refund window covers, and what it doesn't
The refund policy page has the full wording. You get your money back when three things are true: the service won't run on your compatible device, our support team can't get it working, and you tell us within 7 days of buying. A double charge, or a charge for a different amount than the one you agreed, is always refunded.
Changing your mind after the window closes isn't covered. Neither is a channel or event moving during your plan, or trouble caused by your own internet connection or an unsupported device. Testing early is what protects you here, because any problem shows up while the window is still open.
Warning signs in “free trial” offers
Search for an Apollo Group TV trial and plenty of sites will promise you one. A few are harmless; a lot of them aren't. Be careful with any offer that:
- Asks for your username and password from another provider to “transfer” or “activate” a trial.
- Wants card details for a trial that's supposed to be free, or sends you to a payment page on an unrelated domain.
- Gives you a Downloader code or app file from a video comment, a forum post or a stranger's message.
- Calls itself the only official Apollo site while dozens of similar domains say the same thing.
- Has a login box on its website. Your line is used inside a player app, never typed into a web page.
Our legitimacy checklist goes through how to check any Apollo-named seller, including us, before you pay.
Still deciding?
You're welcome to ask before you order, whether that's which plan fits your household, if your TV model is supported, or whether a particular channel is in the line. Email support@apollogrouptelevision.us or reach us on WhatsApp through our support options. Prices for every plan, from one screen up to 5, are in the pricing table.
