Apollo Group TV Customer Service
Last updated
You can reach Apollo Group Television on WhatsApp at +1 347 676 4880, by email at support@apollogrouptelevision.us, or through the chat bubble on any page of this site. WhatsApp is quickest for orders, renewals and setup problems, while email works better for refunds and other money matters. We can only help with plans bought on apollogrouptelevision.us; if you paid a different Apollo-named website, contact them instead, because their accounts aren't on our system.
Plans from $24.99, or $13.33/month on the yearly plan.

Answers you can check first
Many of the questions we get already have a written answer. If the right page below doesn't solve it, message us anyway:
| Your question | Read this |
|---|---|
| How much is it and how do I pay? | subscription prices and payment |
| My plan is ending, how do I extend it? | renewing your Apollo Group TV plan |
| How do I put it on my new TV or stick? | setup guides for every device |
| I can't sign in, or I lost my details | Apollo Group TV login help |

What to put in your first message
With these details in the first message, we can usually skip the back-and-forth:
- your username from the activation message (never your password)
- the device and player app, such as "Firestick 4K Max, TiviMate" or "LG TV, IPTV Smarters"
- the exact message or code on screen; a photo of the TV works well
- anything you've already tried
- for payment questions, how you paid, when, and the transaction ID
How to spot fake support
Searching for Apollo Group TV customer service turns up social media groups, phone numbers of unknown origin and sites calling themselves "official", and we don't run any of them. Apollo Group Television answers only through the WhatsApp number, email address and chat on this page.
When it's really us, we will never:
- ask for your password
- ask for a card number or gift cards
- send payment details for an order or renewal you didn't start yourself
If someone calling themselves "Apollo support" messages you out of the blue, or asks for anything on that list, don't reply. Get in touch on the number above and we'll tell you whether it was us.
Asking for a refund
Email support@apollogrouptelevision.us within 7 days of buying, with the email on your account, the order date, the transaction ID and a description of what went wrong. It's worth talking to support first if you haven't yet. Most setup problems take a few minutes to fix, and refunds are meant for cases where we can't get it working on your device.
